Villa Cafaggiolo is divided into 3 completely independent, big apartments; each one has its own private entrance as well as its own private fenced garden and patio. The apartments have been restored using traditional materials (terracotta floors, Italian tiles and beamed ceilings); they are tastefully furnished with antique furniture and chandeliers and decorated with paintings and ceramics.

The apartments are naturally cool because they have thick stone walls.
Even in summer, day and night, there is a lovely temperature inside.

All the apartments are fully equipped with: internet access in the living room, washing machine, television, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, ironing board, linens, towels and blankets, hairdryer, independent heating, barbeque, outside garden furniture.

We (the Owners) used to live in the whole Villa ourselves, before we divided it into 3 apartments; during winter we usually move in the apartments for some weeks, so we can check that everything is working well and we can give them a genuine Tuscan homelike feeling.
