  • TERRAZZA n.1 ha una superficie di circa di 60 mq, con accesso diretto dal soggiorno; potrete gustare le vostre colazioni, pranzi e cene guardando la Cupola del Brunelleschi, il campanile di Palazzo Vecchio, il borgo etrusco di Fiesole, il Castello di Vincigliata e le dolci e ondulate colline del Chianti ...

 

  • TERRAZZO n.2 ha una superficie di circa 30 mq ed è posta più in alto; una comoda scala collega le 2 terrazze. Questa è la terrazza sul tetto, è la più alta della zona e offre una vista mozzafiato a 360 °.
    Da qui ... LO SKYLINE DI FIRENZE È TUTTO INTORNO A TE !!!

• The small village of ROSANO is 1 Km from the Villa Cafaggiolo.
Here you’ll find the famous “Bottega di Rosano”… a grocery plenty of delicious food (cold meats, cheeses, olives, bread) and good wines…; you can get a quick panino (sandwich) or have a sit down meal with bistecca alla fiorentina. From the Villa, you can easily walk up to here in about 10/15 minutes.
Rosano is also famous for the Benedictine abbey of Santa Maria situated in a beautiful landscape of olive trees and vineyards. You can visit this millenary monastery, the church and the suggestive crypt. The Pope Ratzinger has often visited the abbey in the past years. On Sunday morning at 10:00 am it is scheduled the Holy Mass in Latin, with Gregorian chants. If you are catholic… you cannot miss!!!

• The quite big village of PONTASSIEVE is 2 Km from the Villa.

It is an attractive medieval town where you will find any kind of shops, supermarkets, banks, several very good restaurants and a shopping center.

In Pontassieve there is a rail station that offers frequent train service to the center of Florence. The train takes about 20 minutes and is an easy way to travel for those who do not wish to take their car into the city.
