Apartment BRUNELLESCHI - "3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - up to 8 persons"

The apartment sets over 2 levels, it is very big and elegant; it sleeps up to 8 persons (3 double beds + 3 single beds) in 3 charming bedrooms.
The total surface is 170 square metres (about 1850 suare feet) + a 200 square metres private garden.
The apartment is completely independent (private entrance).
The living room and the dining room have direct access to the private patio-loggia and private garden.

Just like the other 2 apartments, also the apartment Brunelleschi has interiors characterized by stone walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, brick arches and brick niches.
Because of the thick stone walls, the apartment is always cool (night and day) even when outside is hot.
The furniture is carefully selected with antiques and ornaments in order to create a warm and homelike atmosphere.
To add extra warmth…the walls are decorated with photos and engravings that represent Florence monuments and Tuscany landscapes… and with several handmade cross stitching, created by Paola.

"" We had the privilege to stay in Apartment BRUNELLESCHI in late June 2014.
Niccolo was great with getting everything set up for us. We had fresh groceries in the refrigerator when we arrived, and Niccolo's tomato sauce and spaghetti on the table.
Paula was wonderful as well. Helped us with lots of information about shopping, where to go for the local market, etc. Both speak excellent English and are just genuinely nice people.
The apartment itself is very roomy. We were a group of seven and it it was very comfortable.
We ate good American breakfasts every day using the fully equipped kitchen and large dining tables, both inside and outside... the pool was very refreshing after long days of sightseeing in Florence and the surrounding areas.
There are herbs and flowers everywhere and the Villa itself sits on the side of a hill, with other hills all around. The views are beautiful. "" Dan on Tripadvisor
The GROUND FLOOR consists of: 1 very big living room + 1 dining room + 1 kitchen.
--1 Living room is very big. Actually it is composed by 2 rooms: lounge room + fireplace room.
It has a comfortable couches-sofas and armchairs, tables, antique furniture and a working fireplace.
The room is very bright and sunny because of the many, big windows; it has a large door with direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden. A NEW 32” Flat Screen TV and WI-FI internet modem are also available in the living room.

--1 Dining room is composed by a large table and comfortable chairs (seat 8/9 persons) for your lunches and dinners. The dining room has direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden.
--1 Kitchen is fully equipped with sink, stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and many, many cooking utensils (pots, pans, bowls, dishes, glasses, cutlery…).

The FIRST FLOOR consists of: 3 double bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

--Bedroom “1” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and 2 single-twins beds (these 2 beds are upstairs in the mezzanine). Furniture includes antique wooden beds, an elegant chest of drawers, bedside tables.
The windows in the mezzanine offer you nice views over the garden.
Stone walls and beamed ceilings create a authentic Tuscany atmosphere!
--Bedroom “2” has 1 double bed (Queen size) + 1 single bed + ensuite bathroom + private terrace. This bedroom is very bright and sunny because of the 2 glass-walls.
The bedroom opens to a lovely, private terrace that offers a nice view over the countryside. Here you to sip a warm coffee for breakfast or to drink a glass of Chianti wine at sunset!
--Bedroom “3” has 1 double bed (Queen size). Furniture includes antique wooden beds, an elegant chest of drawers, bedside tables... An iron staircase leads you to a small mezzanine where a wardrobe is located. Stone walls, pink plastered walls, plus 2 skylights create a authentic Tuscany atmosphere!
​--Bathroom "1" is equipped with bathtub, shower, 2 basins/sinks, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels.
--Bathroom "2" is an ensuite bathroom; has white tiles and a window. It is equipped with shower, basin/sink, toilet, towels.

All the beds are made up with crisp fresh linen (high thread 100% cotton); the bath towels are also 100% good quality cotton. We supply linens and towels at no cost; they are included in the rental price (weekly changes). Mattresses are almost new, hence you’ll have a restful sleep!!!
"" A lovely villa in a beautiful setting. Pool was fantastic. Owners spoke good english - stayed on site so handy for tips and advice. Good shopping service before we got there.

The GARDEN
The garden is about 200 square metres large. It is completely private (only for you!!!), it is completely fenced (safe for your children!!!) and quite shaded by mature trees.
The garden is composed by the covered patio-loggia (just in front of the living room and the dining room) and a lawn surrounded by hedges of bay trees and other mature trees.
A BBQ and a dining table with chairs (seats 8-10 persons) are at your disposal: drink your coffee… sip your wine… and relax, while birds sing their songs!!!.

The apartment is fully equipped with:
WIFI internet access, Air Conditioning, NEW 32” Flat Screen TV, working fireplace, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels and blankets, private barbeque in the private garden, outside garden furniture.
