The apartment sets over 2 levels, it is big and elegant; it sleeps up to 6 persons (2 double beds + 3 single beds) in 3 charming bedrooms.
The total surface is 140 square metres (about 1500 suare feet) + a 200 square metres private garden.
The apartment is completely independent (private entrance).
The living room and dining room have direct access to the private patio-loggia and private garden.
The staircase that links the ground floor to the first floor is large and comfortable (with a safe rail hand); the steps are made by a beautiful grey Tuscan sandstone “Pietra Serena”, the same stone used by Michelangelo, Brunelleschi and many other Renaissance Artists and Architects.

Furniture is antique, elegant and carefully selected with pictures and ornaments.
Walls are decorated with photos and engravings that represent Florence monuments and Tuscany landscapes. Also, some interesting ancient maps will help you understand how was the layout of Florence during Medieval and Renaissance times.
The interiors are full of Italian charm… there is really a warm and homelike atmosphere!!!
The apartment has stone walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, brick niches and windows with stone lintels.
Thanks to the thick stone walls, the temperature inside is always cool (night and day) even when outside is quite hot.

Very quiet. We had the Tuscany Welcome Basket, which was wonderful!
The limoncello and the tomato sauce was delicious.
We had apt Giotto. It has the best view of the valley below.
We had a small terrace that we watched the sunset from.
Apt Michelangelo faces the pool with lovely gardens and Brunelleschi faces the olive groves.

The GROUND FLOOR consists of: 1 large living room + 1 dining room + 1 kitchen.
--1 Living room has a comfortable couch-sofa and armchairs situated around the working fireplace.
The room has 1 window and 1 large door with direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden.
--1 Dininng room has a large table and comfortable chairs for your lunches and dinners.
Other elegant furniture contain a large selection of bowls, dishes, glasses…
Also available in the dining room: NEW 32” Flat Screen TV and WI-FI internet modem.

The FIRST FLOOR consists of: 2 double bedrooms + 1 single bedroom + 2 bathrooms

This bedroom is very warm and cosy; it has private access to a very panoramic terrace with great views over the garden and the hills around. During sunny days… you’ll enjoy the Tuscan sunset just in front of you!!!
Furniture includes an antique wrought iron bed and bedside table.
--Bathroom "1" is equipped with bathtub and shower, basin/sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels.
--Bathroom "2" is an ensuite bathroom; it is equipped with shower, basin/sink, toilet, towels.

All the beds are made up with crisp fresh linen (high thread 100% cotton); the bath towels are also 100% good quality cotton. We supply linens and towels at no cost; they are included in the rental price (weekly changes).

The GARDEN
The garden is about 200 square metres large. It is completely private (only for you!!!) and completely fenced (safe for your children!!!).
The garden is composed by the covered patio-loggia (just in front of the living room and the dining room) and a lawn surrounded by jasmines and hedges of bay trees.
A BBQ and a dining table with chairs (seats 8 persons) are at your disposal for Al Fresco Dining.

The apartment is fully equipped with:
WIFI internet access, Air Conditioning, NEW 32” Flat Screen TV, working fireplace, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels and blankets, private barbeque in the private garden, outside garden furniture.
